    • 200 grams fresh chickpeas, cut
      into thinslices- 250 grams white
      tofu, diced.
    • 5 shallots, thinly sliced.
    • 2 garlic, finely chopped.
    • Chili to taste, thinly sliced (can
      use large red chili or cayenne
      pepper).
    • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce.
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt.
    • 1/2 teaspoon flavoring (optional).
    • 1 teaspoon sugar.

    How to Make:

    wash the chickpeas and cut them to taste. Cut tofu into small cubes. Slice shallots and mince garlic. Don't forget to prepare the chili according to your taste, whether it's a large red chili for a mild spicy taste, or cayenne pepper for a more biting spicy sensation.


    2 Fry Tofu

    Heat the oil in a pan, then fry the tofu until lightly browned and slightly crisp on the outside. Remove the tofu and drain, set aside. Fried tofu will give a chewier texture and a delicious savory taste.
