Nos vemos luego de una semana de mucho ajetreo, hoy vengo a participar por primera vez (y tarde) en una pequeña iniciativa en la comunidad que organiza mi esposa @stefy.music en su segunda edición o semana donde me ha tocado escoger el tema donde hablaremos acerca del "amor" en torno a la música. Es genial ver este tipo de iniciativas donde los músicos y no músicos podemos participar y hablar de este hermoso arte que nos une.
Cómo el tema de la semana es algo que siempre nos rodea y es algo súper común quise hablar sobre una artista que en cuánto a sus canciones siempre están llenas de esa expresión amorosa que la caracteriza. Se trata de Jaci Velázquez una cantante que también ha estado en el ámbito de la música cristiana y bueno aquí les hablaré un poco sobre ella aunque bueno en un post anterior les había comentado acerca de mi top 5 de canciones favoritas pero bueno hoy quiero que conozcan a esta cantante. Since this week's topic is something that always surrounds us and is incredibly common, I wanted to talk about an artist whose songs are always filled with that loving expression that characterizes her. Jaci Velázquez, a singer who has also been active in Christian music, is the one I'll tell you a little about here. En lo personal esta cantante tiene un potencial muy bonito en su voz, también posee un registro amplio que la verdad me encanta. Las letras son bastante amorosas e incluso son azúcar pura jejeje pero son mera poesía y música de la buena. Recuerdo que una de sus primeras canciones fue "como se cura una herida" y fue una preciosura que no paraba de escuchar. Luego de un tiempo seguí investigando y bueno conseguí más y más canciones hasta el punto de que una vez hice un cover de la canción "Llegar a ti" que hasta tuve que transportar de tono porque la estrofa principal tiene varios graves que yo ni llego.
Personally, this singer has such beautiful vocal potential; she also has a wide range that I truly love. The lyrics are quite loving and even pure sugar, haha, but they're pure poetry and good music. I remember one of her first songs was "Como se cura una herida," and it was such a beauty that I couldn't stop listening to. After a while, I continued investigating, and well, I found more and more songs, to the point where I once made a cover of the song "Llegar a ti," which I even had to change the pitch because the main verse has so many low notes that I can't even reach.
