Primero que nada, un gran abrazo para todos ustedes, espero hayan tenido un muy divertido carnaval junto a sus pequeños, un mes perdida, pues empecé un nuevo emprendimiento que me absorbió por completo mi tiempo y moría por publicar, han pasado tantas cosas en mi vida como mamá y sin poderlas expresar en este mi lugar seguro que ya me estaba deprimiendo jaja, además que esta plataforma es mi forma de contar mi vida como madre para mostrarle a mi hija cuando sea adulta.
First of all, a big hug to all of you, I hope you had a very fun carnival with your little ones, a lost month, because I started a new venture that completely absorbed my time and I was dying to publish, so many things have happened in my life as a mom and without being able to express them in this my place for sure I was already getting depressed haha, plus this platform is my way of telling my life as a mother to show my daughter when she is an adult.
Ya les he contado lo energética que es Luna y que ahora tiene dos actividades extracurriculares, ya tenemos 3 años en karate y ella pedía meterse en el coro de la escuela, en un principio no estaba totalmente de acuerdo porque teníamos una lucha con las clases y su distracción frecuente, más el Karate que nos quitaba unas horas en la tarde de estudio entonces no me parecía tener que agregarle en este momento más responsabilidad, sentía que no era tan super necesaria, converse con Luna sobre el asunto y ella me dijo que prestaría más atención en clases y copiaría las actividades, total que para resumir el cuento, ella muy aplicada con tal de entrar al coro comenzó a copiarme las actividades y hacer sus tareas, en ese momento al ver su compromiso entonces accedí a que hiciera las audiciones, porque pensé, bueno aún debe hacer audiciones a ver si queda jaja, seré honesta aunque me dé un poco de pena, pero pensé que no quedaría y no porque no podía, sino porque en esa actividad debes estar prestando atención y estar quietecita parada cantando y como conozco a Luna, ella es más de actividades movidas y que la desafíen de manera física, las audiciones eran de dos días a la semana por un mes, yo estaba en contacto con la maestra de canto y si me contaba lo que me decían los demás maestros, que Luna se distrae mucho y que solo quiere jugar, efectivamente como supuse que pasaría, deje en claro a la maestra que si ella no logra incorporarse a la coral lo entendida perfectamente y que lo intentara otro año, no había problemas.
Resulta que paso el mes yo apoyándola en todo momento, le colocaba las canciones que se debía aprender, ya me tenían cansadas las canciones una y otra vez jajaja, pues para mi sorpresa Luna quedo en la coral jajajajaja, quede sorprendida la verdad, no entendía nada, yo hasta pensé que se habían equivocado (ustedes dirán que mala madre jaja), pero no, efectivamente Luna quedó, le di la gran noticia y toda la responsabilidad que eso conlleva, que no debe descuidar sus otras obligaciones y bueno ella medio comprendió jaja. La otra realidad es que automáticamente pasa a ser también responsabilidad mía, sería otra actividad que sumarle a mi horario y eso si fue duro y complicado, pero allí trate de ordenar las cosas para lograrlo todo, hacer malabares con todas sus actividades y las mías propias. Ahora debíamos invertir en su uniforme de coral, aprenderse el repertorio, comenzamos manos a la obra, siempre intento que Luna aprenda el sentido de la responsabilidad, de dedicarle el mismo esfuerzo a sus actividades y estar al día, siempre estoy atrás de ella como su asistente, coach, no sé, como le quieran llamar jaja, me tenía bastante exhausta, pero seguimos firmes.

I have already told you how energetic Luna is and that now she has two extracurricular activities, we already have 3 years in karate, and she asked to join the school choir, at first I was not totally in agreement because we had a struggle with classes and her frequent distractions, plus Karate that took away a few hours in the afternoon of study, so I did not think I had to add more responsibility at this time, I talked to Luna about the matter and she told me that she would pay more attention in class and copy the activities, to make a long story short, she was very dedicated to get into the choir so she started to copy the activities and do her homework, at that moment I saw her commitment so I agreed that she should do the auditions, I will be honest even though I feel a little sorry for her, but I thought she wouldn't make it, not because she couldn't, but because in that activity you have to pay attention and stand still while singing and as I know Luna, she is more of an active and physically challenged person, The auditions were two days a week for a month, I was in contact with the singing teacher and if she told me what the other teachers told me, that Luna was very distracted and that she only wanted to play, I made it clear to the teacher that if she could not join the choir she would understand perfectly and that she would try another year, there were no problems.
It turns out that I spent the month supporting her at all times, I placed the songs to be learned, I was tired of the songs over and over again hahaha, well to my surprise Luna was in the choir hahahahahaha, I was surprised the truth, I did not understand anything, I even thought they had made a mistake (you will say that bad mother haha), but no, indeed Luna was, I gave her the great news and all the responsibility that entails, that should not neglect their other obligations and well she half understood hahaha. The other reality is that it automatically becomes my responsibility too, it would be another activity to add to my schedule and that was hard and complicated, but there I tried to order things to achieve everything, juggling all her activities and my own. Now we had to invest in her choral uniform, learn the repertoire, we started to work, I always try to make Luna learn the sense of responsibility, to dedicate the same effort to her activities and be up-to-date, I am always behind her as her assistant, coach, I don't know, whatever you want to call it haha, she had me pretty exhausted, but we continued firm.
Hace unos días tuvo su primera presentación oficial como coro estudiantil, que es lo que vine a compartir con ustedes la verdad, ese día para mí como persona fue superagotador que no sentía ya mi cuerpo y como madre fue llenarme de orgullo y descubrir en Luna, vivirlo en carne viva, como se compromete con las cosas, como le pone el mismo corazón a todo, las ganas tan fuertes que lleva dentro de sí misma, como disfruta cada experiencia al máximo, simplemente ese día la admire muchísimo y no porque sea mi hija, sino en la persona que se está formando, en ver sus capacidades que quizás yo misma dudaba que tenía, fue sorprendente. La actividad comenzaba a las 7 am primero de agruparse en la escuela para luego salir a la iglesia y cantar las canciones religiosas, saliendo de allí haríamos un pequeño recorrido a unas calles con la banda de la escuela y las reinas elegidas de la institución, para retornar a la escuela y continuar con las actividades culturales, el coro debía cantar allí las canciones de carnaval y los himnos regional y nacional también, era una jornada bastante pesada, literalmente estuve parada desde las 5 am hasta que llegamos a la casa a las 12 pm.
Obviamente, yo como mamá orgullosa y primeriza del coro, grabé todo jaja, tenía que capturar ese momento tan hermoso de verla formar parte de algo tan bonito, porque para su fan y su paparazzi llámenme jajaja, Luna se portó excelente, como nunca jaja, disfruto cantar, disfruto presentarse, disfruto el desfile de la banda, en todo dio su mejor ánimo, aquí adjunto video de la presentación de Luna y ustedes mismos verán su rostro de concentración y su rostro de felicidad jaja. Yo llegué super agotada y llegando hacer almuerzo, porque para una madre no hay descanso, esta es la otra cara de la moneda que no se ve, detrás de una niña arreglada, peinada punta en blanco, está una madre que se paró en la madrugada alistar comida, snacks, bebidas, cargar con los bolsos asistiendo a la pequeña en todo momento.

A few days ago she had her first official presentation as a student choir, which is what I came to share with you the truth, that day for me as a person was super exciting that I no longer felt my body and as a mother was to fill me with pride and discover in Luna, live it in the flesh, as she is committed to things, I simply admired her a lot that day, not because she is my daughter, but because of the person she is becoming, to see her abilities that perhaps I myself doubted she had, it was amazing. The activity began at 7 am first to gather at school and then go to church and sing religious songs, leaving there we would make a small tour of some streets with the school band and the queens chosen from the institution, to return to school and continue with cultural activities, the choir had to sing there carnival songs and regional and national anthems also, it was a pretty heavy day, I literally stood from 5 am until we got home at 12 pm.
Obviously, I as a proud and first time mom of the choir, I recorded everything haha, I had to capture that beautiful moment of seeing her being part of something so beautiful, because for her fan and paparazzi call me haha, Luna behaved excellent, like never before haha, she enjoyed singing, enjoyed performing, enjoyed the parade of the band, in everything she gave her best mood, here I attach video of the presentation of Luna and you will see her face of concentration and her face of happiness haha.
