Walking at Home
Sometimes staying at home is a more complete physical exercise than the one we could do when we go out in the street, because without noticing we go from one place to another walking without stopping at the pace of a day that seems to pass at an accelerated speed. To validate this theory I decided to carry my phone on my waist during the whole day, resulting in the step counter showing a quite interesting amount of movements, which translates into a complete cardiovascular workout and future benefits for our body.
Caminando en Casa
A veces quedarse en casa constituye un ejercicio físico más completo que el que pudiéramos realizar cuando salimos a la calle, pues sin darnos cuenta vamos de un lado a otro caminando sin parar al ritmo de un día que pareciera transcurrir a una velocidad acelerada. Para darle validez a esta teoría decidí portar mi teléfono en la cintura durante toda esta jornada, dando como resultado que el contador de paso marcara una cantidad bastante interesante de movimientos, lo cual se traduce en un entrenamiento cardiovascular completo y en futuros beneficios para nuestro cuerpo.
Today was a somewhat cloudy day, where fortunately the heat was a little absent, so we had the opportunity to enjoy a calm and cool day, that's why I took the opportunity to perform various tasks inside my house, but at the same time I used part of the day to install a water pipe, which will supply the vital liquid to all the taps in my home, this is how I was in constant movement, in and out in search of tools and many other things.
Hoy fue un día algo nublado, en donde afortunadamente el calor estuvo un poco ausente, por lo cual tuvimos la oportunidad de disfrutar de un día calmado y fresco, es por ello que aproveché la oportunidad para realizar diversas labores dentro de mi casa, pero al mismo tiempo usé parte del día para instalar una tubería de agua, que surtirá el vital líquido a todos los grifos de mi hogar, es de esta manera como estuve en constante movimiento, entrando y saliendo en búsqueda de herramientas y muchas otras cosas.
I also took the opportunity to take a look at the plants to define the actions to be taken in the coming days, since the intermittent rains this week have had as a direct consequence the regrowth of weeds, which little by little are taking over all the spaces and, therefore, it is necessary to attack them before they become a major problem. These unwanted plants not only rob our crops of nutrients, but they can also hide in them numerous animals that are a danger to our health, such as snakes, spiders and scorpions, which is why I will probably have a lot of work to do by the end of the week to clean up all the land around the house.
También aproveché la ocasión para darle un vistazo a las plantas y así poder definir las acciones a tomar en los días futuros, puesto que las lluvias intermitentes de esta semana han tenido como consecuencia directa el rebrote de la maleza, la cual poco a poco se va apoderando de todos los espacios y, por lo tanto, es necesario atacarla antes de que se convierta en un problema mayúsculo. Estas plantas indeseadas no solo le roban los nutrientes a nuestra siembra, sino que en ellas también se pueden esconder numerosos animales que constituyen un peligro para nuestra salud, tales como culebras, arañas y escorpiones, es por ello que muy seguramente para el fin de semana tendré bastante trabajo en limpiar todo el terreno adyacente a la casa.
For today I am already tired, which makes me take a break, take a bath and go to sleep, because the week is not over yet and tomorrow I will probably have a very hectic day as well.
Por hoy ya el cansancio se hace presente, lo cual me impulsa a tomar un respiro, bañarme e irme a dormir, ya que la semana aún no se termina y mañana muy probablemente también tendré un día bastante agitado.
