SourceGood morning to all Hive friends in the @refletions community today I bring some thoughts that come from my gratitude.
As a kid I grew up listening to Anglo-Saxon music and therefore growing up I wanted to visit those countries where those bands came from and breathe all that rock environment of the old continent and the USA and fortunately that never happened. Now that I am more conscious, I remember the past of those places and I am so glad to have grown up in Latin America because despite its many conflicts that leave much to be desired I can say that I have lived in peace, with the tranquility that I will not live a war and that I will always be far from any.
SourceToday I believe that watching the news must be the most unhealthy thing to do because wherever you look outside Latin America there is a war. The rulers of the countries involved are testing the limits of diplomacy and clearly there are some who do not want peace because war makes them a lot of money, unfortunately these people profit from death and that is something that I am grateful does not happen on this side of the world at this time.
SourceToday I can perfectly understand those Spaniards, Italians, Americans, Arabs and people from various parts of the world, who had suffered the ravages of wars when they said that Venezuela was beautiful, not only for its beautiful landscapes and its people, but also for the tranquility of their hearts knowing that there would be no great tensions, armed conflicts or wars that would mark their lives again. I am sure that they also think the same of other Latin American countries such as Chile, which is the country where I currently live, so it is normal to find people from other parts of the world who greatly appreciate our history devoid of large and long wars in which civilians have been affected and have produced large migrations with the exception of Colombia, Peru and Venezuela again for its recent history, however throughout Latin America any immigrant can attest to the great receptivity of our people to them and that is not seen in other parts of the world.
SourceI know there have been many dictatorships in Latin America, we all know who have been behind them but they do not compare with the wars that have been stealing the happiness of many innocent people for years. Today I am grateful that where I live there is peace but I know that this could change with fake news and a huge interest in natural resources, a situation that I do not rule out now but I have faith in the future and in our culture of peace that exists here in Latin America and that this will prevail.
SourceThe world is witnessing the consequences of war and the only ones who want it are those who sell weapons but never set foot on the battlefield. Now there are more people in the world who are more aware of this situation of conflict between sides, of the origins and manipulation around information. Power is still in the hands of the same old people and their perverse intentions affect everyone equally and I pray for the day when there will be more communication, more awareness, there will be complete peace in the world and that everyone everywhere will have the joy of saying that we live in complete harmony.
