Hola amigos de Full Deportes, feliz fin de semana para todos. Hoy les traigo lo que fue mi noche de fútbol, en esta oportunidad en cancha de grama artificial, en compañía de mi equipo. Siguiendo con la mejor buena vibra, pasión y actitud en este apasionado mundo deportivo que tanto nos encanta. Aquí les comparto todas las imágenes que tomé con mi teléfono, junto a los muchachos y rivales en esta actividad deportiva, que realizamos en la noche de este jueves, como bien he destacado en anteriores publicaciones, jornada que frecuentemente intentamos hacer en ese día específico de la semana. En esta jornada practicamos fútbol en grama artificial 5 contra 5, con un balón de bote medio y número 4. De maravilla jugar aquí en este terreno deportivo, primero porque tengo los zapatos adecuados para hacerlo y segundo porque la grama estaba impecable. Además, da gusto jugar de noche, porque los rayos del sol no afectan y el calor no está como en la tarde. En la parte de los enfrentamientos, armamos 4 equipos, éramos 22 personas y uno de los equipos tenía a 7 personas, por lo que de vez en cuando se iban rotando. Eso facilitaba a que, si ganaban la partida, cambiaban de compañeros y no les pegaba tanto el cansancio.	On this day we practiced soccer on artificial turf 5 against 5, with a medium bounce ball and number 4. It was wonderful to play here on this field, first because I have the right shoes to do it and second because the grass was impeccable. Besides, it's nice to play at night, because the sun's rays don't affect the game and the heat is not like in the afternoon. As for the matches, we put together 4 teams, we were 22 people and one of the teams had 7 people, so they rotated from time to time. This made it easier, if they won the game, to change partners and they were not so tired.

Para la jornada de este jueves, las reglas fueron sencillas y se cumplieron muy bien. Eran 4 equipos en total, jugamos para 2 goles o 7 minutos, hasta que la pelota salga 2 veces por el saque lateral. En el caso de empate, los 2 equipos que estaban jugando se salían y entraban los 2 que estaban afuera. Y en la partida siguiente se hacía por sorteo cuál equipo entraba primero, ya que habían salido por empate. Mi equipo de esta semana, realmente no estuvo bueno. Nuestro delantero fue tomado por el primer grupo, porque les faltaba un jugador y tuvimos que sustituirle por uno que casi no jugaba, pero que en la portería hizo lo que pudo. Jugué con dos grandes amigos que son unos guerreros y otro amigo que falló demasiadas jugadas solo frente al portero. En mi caso, como soy defensa, le puse mucho entusiasmo hasta el punto que, en una jugada defensiva que despejé, me caí horrible de espalda y de lado. En estos momentos redactando, siento inclusive el dolor en el cuello. Esta vez no pude anotar ningún gol, pero me quedé con la actitud de todo el equipo, porque perdimos las primeras partidas, pero en las últimas sacamos la cara ganando y nos fuimos con la frente en alto, que es lo más importante. Una jornada de fútbol brillante, que en nombre de mi estimado compañero de Full Deportes @palabras1 catalogué como "Terapias deportivas", porque de verdad qué sabroso es compartir con los amigos y compañeros, mientras estamos haciendo esta apasionante disciplina llamada fútbol. I played with two great friends who are warriors and another friend who missed too many plays alone against the goalkeeper. In my case, since I am a defender, I put a lot of enthusiasm into it to the point that, on a defensive play that I cleared, I fell horribly backwards and sideways. This time I could not score any goals, but I was impressed with the attitude of the whole team, because we lost the first games, but in the last ones we came out on top and we left with our heads held high, which is the most important thing.
