En este blog les hablaré de la fiesta de cumpleaños de mi sobrino Milan.
Su mamá tuvo que salir de la ciudad para trabajar en la Capital un tiempo así que nos tocó encargarnos de la fiesta.
Al principio queriamos hacerlo en en el parque infantil Smile Park para que los niños jugaran y se entretuvieran un buen rato en las atracciones que tiene el parque, pero mi suegra, como siempre, cambió todos los planes a último minuto.
Decidió hacerlo en la casa, decorar, contratar castillos inflabes etc.
Al final, no puedo opinar mucho así que solo decidí apoyar el plan y festejar en armonía el cumpleaños del bebé.

In this blog I will tell you about my nephew Milan's birthday party.
His mom had to go out of town to work in the Capital for a while so we had to take care of the party.
At first we wanted to do it at Smile Park for the kids to play and have fun on the rides, but my mother-in-law, as always, changed all the plans at the last minute.
She decided to do it at the house, decorate, hire bouncy castles etc.
In the end, I can't say much so I just decided to support the plan and celebrate the baby's birthday in harmony.
El día del cumpleaños me tocaba trabajar así que no pude aportar mucho en la preparación del cumpleaños.
Llegué corriendo a la casa, me bañe y vestí rápido y salí corriendo a la casa de mi suegra para ayudar con la decoración, pero sorpresa, como siempre en Venezuela ¡Se fue la luz!.
Esto nos preocupó mucho, no sabíamos a que hora volvería. El chico del castillo que justamente estaba conectándolo a la bomba de aire lo desarmó y se retiró, nosotras comenzamos a llenar globos en la oscuridad.
Cuando tuvimos los globos llenos comenzamos a armar un arco de globos (por cierto, no hicimos nosotras nada porque llegó una amiga de la familia y nos quitó de ahí de una manera un tanto grosera).
Mientras decoraban yo saqué una mesita y coloqué las pinturas al frío y unos hisopos para hacer las pintacaritas.
On the day of the birthday I had to work so I didn't put much effort into the birthday preparations.
I rushed home, showered and dressed quickly and rushed to my mother-in-law's house to help with the decorations, but surprise, as always in Venezuela, the power went out!
This worried us a lot, we didn't know what time it would be back on. The guy from the castle who was just connecting it to the air pump disarmed it and left, we started to fill balloons in the dark.
When we had the balloons filled we started to build a balloon arch (by the way, we didn't do anything because a friend of the family arrived and took us away from there in a rude way).
While they were decorating, I took out a small table and put the cold paints and some Q-tips to make the face paints.
Antes de que los niños llegaran le pinté a Milan un ''Omnitrix'' en la mejilla y una araña en a otra. últimamente tiene una obsesión con Ben 10 y la que nunca deja, su amor por Spiderman.
Los dibujos no me quedaron muy bien jaja incluso las arañas solo tenían 4 patas jajajaja pero Milan estaba feliz, mientras los niños llegaban los invitaba al pintacaritas bastante entusiasmado.
Incluso algunos adultos quisieron hacerse pintacaritas y yo gustosa las realicé.
Before the kids arrived I painted an ''Omnitrix'' on Milan's cheek and a spider on the other. Lately he has an obsession with Ben 10 and the one that never leaves, his love for Spiderman.
The drawings didn't look very good haha even the spiders only had 4 legs hahahaha but Milan was happy, as the kids arrived he invited them to the face painting quite enthusiastic.
Even some adults wanted to do face painting and I gladly did it.
Para entretener a los niños les colocamos música para que bailaran, hicimos dinámicas improvisadas con todos los invitados, hasta que por fin llegó la electricidad.
Cuando la electricidad llegó decidieron que era momento de la Piñata, llamaron a todos los niños y colgaron la piñata, el primero en golpear fue Milan y luego se llamaron los niños desde los más pequeños hasta los más grandes.
Cuando rompieron la piñata todos los dulces cayeron al suelo y al lanzarse a recogerlos uno de los niños pisó la mano de Milan y el dedito tomó un color morado y se hinchó. Estuvimos un rato calmándolo con agua fría hasta que el dolor pasara.
To entertain the children we played music for them to dance, we did improvised dynamics with all the guests, until finally the electricity arrived.
When the electricity arrived they decided it was time for the Piñata, they called all the children and hung the piñata, the first one to hit was Milan and then the children were called from the youngest to the oldest.
When they broke the piñata all the candy fell to the ground and when they rushed to pick it up one of the children stepped on Milan's hand and his little finger turned purple and swelled up. We soothed it for a while with cold water until the pain passed.
Después de la piñata, era hora de cantar cumpleaños.
Antes de cantarlo decidimos tomar las fotos familiares e individuales con Milan.
Milan es un niño bastante querido, para todos es su sobrino, su nieto, su ahijado. Es bonito que los niños tengan muchas personas que los quieran.
Para mi familia Milan es un integrante más, a pesar de ser bastante tremendo jaja se ha ganado el corazón de todos en mi casa y siempre lo incluyen en actividades.
En este cumpleaños estaban sus amigos y familiares mas cercanos así que sobraba el cariño por Milan.
After the piñata, it was time to sing birthday.
Before singing it we decided to take family and individual photos with Milan.
Milan is quite a beloved child, for everyone he is their nephew, their grandson, their godson. It is nice that children have many people who love them.
For my family Milan is one more member, despite being quite tremendous haha he has won the hearts of everyone in my house and they always include him in activities.
This birthday was attended by his closest friends and family so there was plenty of love for Milan.
Después de la mini sesión fotográfica, cantamos cumpleaños.
Yo tenía a Milan conmigo desde el incidente de la manito así que lo subí a la mesa y me quedé con el mientras cantabamos.
Milan estaba super feliz, su abuela y sus tíos también y todo salió muy bonito.
Celebremos con emoción la vida de nuestros seres queridos y disfrutemos en familia estos lindos momentos.

After the mini photo shoot, we sang birthdays.
I had Milan with me since the little hand incident so I took him up to the table and stayed with him while we sang.
Milan was super happy, his grandmother and uncles too and it all came out beautifully.
Let's celebrate with excitement the life of our loved ones and enjoy these beautiful moments as a family.
