Avisala!
Wow! That was crippling! It took me a while to come into terms with what happened, but I'd say I'm glad I hold on to my principles. Take everything from me, leave me with my pride and principle, and I'll be fine. I'm actually relieved that I'll now be able to find something that's worth my time. But familiarity took a while to rinse in my system and I'd say the process was not easy. Good thing I was able to ground myself with nature.
I initially declined the invite to try the newest camping site in Cebu, but good thing I changed my mind at the last minute and decided to catch up with them. It was just near to the city and the view was perfect!
The name of the campsite is Farm Camp 360 and it's located at Upper Baksan, Cebu City. You can hire a motorcycle from Guadalupe Church and they will take you there. It's on top of a mountain within a man-made teak forest.
Since Jovy and I arrived late, we missed the sunset. It would have been an epic addition to my sunset photos. Nevertheless, the city view at night was to die for. We had a sumptuous dinner to celebrate @mariasalve's birthday and also to welcome Shandy's return from the States. We had an awesome socials that led to deep talks until 4:00 AM the next day.
We woke up with the 360° view of the campsite. We had breakfast and then decided to break camp after the morning rain had stopped. We then decided to go home after. It was just a chill camp, nothing fancy. It was just a way for me to connect with nature and bond with my camping friends.
