What are EDS tokens?
EDS tokens are HIVE income tokens that pays out weekly dividends every Monday based on 12% of the total power up the balance of the @eddie-earner account. This is currently paying out an APY to token holders of over 25%.
(Example of how the HIVE income pool is worked out)
- EDS is pegged to 1 HIVE per token
- 12% of over 113,000 HIVE POWER pays out (113,000*12/52.18) 259.86 per week
- EDS in circulation each yield (260/54000) 0.0048 HIVE per week
- 0.0048 each week for 1 year (52.18) equals 0.25 HIVE
- 1 EDS pays out a HIVE income of roughly 25% per year
EDS tokens launched with a hardcap of 500,000 and a public sale of 20,000 tokens each issued for 1 HIVE each. There are 2 ways to mint new EDS tokens. 1 is by owning and staking either EDS miners (EDSM) are EDS mini miners (EDSMM) tokens and 2 is delegations HIVE POWER to @eds-vote. EDS Miners yield roughly 20% per year and EDS-vote yields around 4-5%.
EDS converts all earnings, airdrops, tribe tokens into HIVE. This account is 100% focused on powering up as much HIVE as possible. It's just that single-minded. This projects weekly saving club content is run by @shanibeer and wallet by @silverstackeruk both on behalf of SPinvest. This is a long term project and should be viewed as a token to stack up and HODL. Buy some miners, let them mint you some EDS tokens, build a pile and collect weekly HIVE dividends. In other words, buy some EDSM miners and forget about it. Add a few every week/month and watch your EDS pile grow. You can also buy EDS directly from the market, if you add a buy order for any amount at 1 HIVE each, it'll get filled. It might take a few days but it'll get filled as some miners like to sell their mining rewards right away to lock in them profits.

Let's get a look at the charts this week
We have a big mintage this week of 461 EDS, its normally around 420. The mintage is larger this week because im doing the report about 12 hours later than normal and miners mint per hour. I'd guess next week, the mintage number will be closer to 400.
The account powered up 368 HP this week which seems to be the new normal. I do like watching the above chart week to week and seeing how its incline is increasing. Compounding HP inflation and leftover incomes for a few years and this chart is only going to moon 🤑 and that results is larger HIVE income pools.
We have an increase of 0.83 HIVE this week which is good. This chart reflects the HP balance chart because it is equal to a 12% APY of the HP balance. As said above,as time passes us by and compounding taking over, our HIVE income pools will increase at the same pace. Neat, right?
Oh, bad news this week. The EDS APY decline was -0.14% which is 0.03% more than last week. Normally, this would freak me out because its not supposed to increase but we know that the report was done later this week and miners mint per hour so there are more EDS in circulation than normal based on our incomes for the week. I cross my fingers and hope next week we see something like a -0.10% decline and overshoot our normal -0.11%.
Eitherway, the EDS APY is down again for the millionth week in a row. We finish the week with an APY of 25.28%.
How do you build a HIVE income that only ever increases over time?
If the EDS project sounds right up your street, there are 2 ways to get your hands on EDS tokens. Building a HIVE income is one of those things when it's better to get started sooner than later. We all put money aside for a pension/old age with the money we earn from jobs, why not do the same with blockchain earnings? If blockchain is the future, why not be playing the game of life 3 steps ahead of everyone else? There's no day like day to start increasing your income and the snowball effect is real when you have patience.

Weekly Roundup
Smashed it again, the price of HIVE has been up and down faster than a hooker's panties this week but because EDS is 100% HIVE, we're completely unaffected and continue to run consistently. Success is more consistent common sense than it is genius.
We'll keep on the grind, keep shilling @eds-vote and @eds-d to grow our bags a little faster. Im think I'll need to swap some HP delegations soon which will result in lost income for 5 days but you will not affected because EDS has to pay out whatever 12% of the HP balance is whether EDS earns that amount are not. The bank of SPI is always open for EDS 😉
Remember a month back when leo.voter never paid out for 1-2 weeks and they never back-paid anyone, EDS lost some income from that but you never noticed in your weekly HIVE income payments because EDS pays out based on its HP balance, not income.
