Life is 'pay if forward'.
I remember a certain elderly woman I met in the church choir when I was a member. This woman would occasionally buy stuff in bulk and share it to everyone in the choir. Little things that matter. It could be lip balms, oil perfumes, beautiful earrings for the ladies and cufflinks for the guys.
These things were the little things that put smiles of the faces of every member.
This act not only put a smile on my face but also taught me a very important lesson. Pay it forward.
Someone took out time and sacrificed just to make me feel like I matter and to put a smile on my face, so why not pay it forward and show the same charity.
I believe she experienced the same love coming up too because the kindness she exuded was unique and contagious.
Someone maybe hoping that you would one day come around to remind them that they matter and are worthy of love and the simple things.
So pay it forward.
Life is 'pay it forward'.
