I remove the skin from the potatoes and cut them into slices, then I do the same with the onion, I cut the chicken into quarters and in a container I place the onion, paprika, garlic sauce, soy sauce, oil
las papas le quito la cascara y las pico en rodajas , luego hago lo mismo con la cebolla , el pollo lo pico en cuartos y en un recipien coloco , cebolla , paprika, salsa de ajo , salsa de soya , aceite

esto lo revuelvo y baño al pollo con esto, lo coloco en una bandeja y lo llevo al horno , cuando tenga la coccion desea lo abro para que se dore
