SCHOLARS ARE NOT IMPRESSED BY THE RICH......!

Sultan Malik Shah Seljuqi was residing in his Dar-ul-Sultant Nishapur.

He planned a tour of various cities of his kingdom. It was the last decade of the holy month of Ramadan. He decided that as soon as Ramadan was over, he would go on a tour immediately after Eid. It was the 29th night of Ramadan.

He started watching the moon along with his ministers and companions. Khushamdi Sahib was present, he shouted that Huzur Chand had come out. The sultan himself did not see the moon and neither did anyone else in charge, but after knowing the king's will and his thoughts, everyone assured him of the sighting of the crescent moon and it was decreed that tomorrow is Eid.

Imam al-Haramain Abu al-Maali, who was the mufti and head of the judiciary, got the news, so he called the preacher and said to preach with these words: "Abul al-Maali says: Until tomorrow is the month of Ramadan." Whoever wants to follow my fatwa must fast tomorrow too.

This proclamation of Raees al-Qada was conveyed to the sultan by the Muftaris in very bad words; Rather, he even said that Abu Al-Maali's views about the empire are not good and the people believe in him. If Eid is not celebrated according to Sultan's order, there will be great insult and humiliation. The sultan was not in a bad mood, so despite the unpleasantness of Imam al-Harami's preaching, he ordered that he should be brought to me with respect and dignity. The seditionists then said that a person who does not respect the order of the Sultan, is not respectable. The Sultan said: Until I know the facts and the conversation directly from him, there should be no difference in the honor of such a Rafi-ul-Qadr person.
