Proposal: $1USD Team Cap, GLS Solo Tournament

I am proposing a tournament with a $1 USD cap on the total cost the the GLS team. Here are the details:

The entry is free, and we play on Challonge
The retail cost of your entire team cannot exceed $1 USD according to the GLS Market values posted below. You can only use the cards posted below, and must calculate the value of your team based on the values posted. Using a standard price list, it keeps someone from buying all the cards to inflate values. The card market snapshot was taken on Thursday, November 14th. Only Use the actual market values I posted, to calculate your team. The total cost of all players, coaches, and bench players cannot exceed $1USD, and you must post your team and its total cost on discord before the start of the tournament.
Players and coaches can only be 1 Star, RF, with 0 XP, at the start of the tournament.
We will play 2 matches round robin, and then have a final bracket
All matches will be played in the Solo Tier

REWARDS

Rewards will be given - Need 1 win or draw to get rewards, and you need to complete at least 50% of your matches in round robin
Placing / Rewards in the final bracket:

1st: 15k GLX
2nd: 10k GLX
3rd: 7k GLX
4th: 7k GLX
Bonus rewards =
Team with the lowest cost in USD (if there is a tie, we will split the GLX) - 3k GLX
Most goals scored in a single match - 3k GLX
Most goals in the round-robin tournament - 3k GLX

CARDS ALLOWED - 1 STAR, NO XP, LEVEL 1
