Hello to my #hivelearners community. Welcome to another blog. The topic of the week" Efforts = Results" is very interesting. Nowadays practical life is not a bed of roses. One has to work hard to earn livelihood for his family. Everyone wants to be successful in life. Everyone wants to achieve goals. But unfortunately most of us don't want to choose that particular path because the process to become successful in life is not an easy one. We have to struggle for it and work with discipline, patience snd courage.

I think we should set realistic goals and then try to stick to the plan. Unfortunately most of the time we make things complicated at the beginning. We try to take a perfect start which never happen and most of the time we quit in the start.

    Why we quit our efforts

One of my hive friend @niazi5352 once started to do M.A in Urdu. Before the start he wrote down the schedule of his study. He bought few extra books and dictionaries which wasn't needed at the start. He wanted to take a perfect start. Eventually he quited his studies before taking a start. You know why? Because he made things complicated and difficult for himself at the beginning.

How an illeterate Villager became Ph.D in English
Here I wnat to give an example of one of my friend's brother. Saleem Akhter Khan is a brother of my friend Imran Khan. We are living in a same village. Here we don't have enough facilities to continue our higher studies. But Saleem Akhter Khan proved himself. He did his matriculation from our village Government high school. Then he got admission in Government collage Mianwali. But he failed miserably. He secured only 12 out of 100 marks from English. His friends laughed at him and made fun of him. But he challenged himself and astonished everyone by not only clearing his English subject but secured first position in F.A. Later on he did B.A and M.A in English from that particular collage. Then he appeared in M.phil exam and passed it successfully. He didn't stop there and became proud for our village by succeeding in Ph.D English. He became first oerson of our village to do Ph.D English. Then he got job as lecturer of English in a renowned University. Now he is working as HOD of English in a Multan University. It is an honour for our village. Without any facilities and educational background he proved himself. His learned from his mistakes and because of continuous hard work he succeeded in his mission and achieved a milestone.

    How I won Vibes Competition
I am consistently taking part in vibes web3 music competition on hive. When first I joined this competition my entry videos weren't upto the mark. My content was an average content like other users. But later on by doing work on my vocals and continuous hard work, I succeeded to be nominated in top 10 nominees. But at that time I couldn't win the competition. I didn't lose my heart and learnt from my mistakes. I again appeared in the contest and finally secured 6th position in previous week 31 of vibes Web3 music competition.

    Conclusion

I think if we want to achieve our goals we have to be focused, disciplined, persistent in our work. We have to set minor goals and try to achieve them with hard work and patience. We will fail many times but we will have to learn from our mistakes.
