This is a fine day (fine because I have a holiday). I am enjoying the day despite it being a very cold day. Weather is usual as it is the last week of the year 2024. We are two days away from the new year. I must say you must be prepared for saying goodbye to this year and welcoming the new year. Year 2024 had been normal for me. Only one thing was bad and that was illness of my friend's mom. But, she is fine now. Emily (my friend) did a splendid job. She took her mother to a hospital in time and helped her mother. Otherwise, this year was normal for me.

2024 was also great for the crypto market. Bitcoin broke all the previous records. It crossed $100k price barrier. That is very astonishing. I was not expecting bitcoin to perform that much. Many altcoins followed Bitcoin but I think no one could repeat the glory of Bitcoin. I may be wrong as there are so many altocoins which I have no information. Steem and Hive are also doing great. Although, their price dropped too much in this year but it seems that they are ready for making some history. Despite their price going up, I am determined to power up in the first day of the next month. That will be the first power up of my accounts in the year 2025. I don't have a big amount of coins but that can never stop me from staking.
