I just thought yesterday of drawing a stuffed toy rabbit because I saw my daughter’s stuffed toy rabbit. She has two stuffed toy rabbits, one sings, and the other one is like a rag doll.
So, I decided to draw a stuffed toy rabbit. Usually, the only things I draw here on Hive are fan art for the Splinterlands Challenge. But this time, I thought of making a drawing for the Sketchbook community.
For this artwork, I’ll be using a new style that I’ve been practicing. I'm not very good at controlling the pen on a graphic tablet, so I decided to use a different style to overcome that weakness.
I chose to use a rough brush and charcoal brush to hide the flaws in creating smooth outlines.
I took my time with the sketch, using many layers for the outline so that it would be easy to correct mistakes if I made any.
So, here’s the progress of my stuffed toy rabbit drawing. I based it on my daughter’s toy, which has stitches and buttons for eyes, and I made it a bit round, like her other rabbit toy that sings.
I hope you like my artwork and my drawing style!
