While growing up, I learnt how to forgive, and loved others from my parents, most especially my mother. My parents are someone that didn't believe in holding grudges, or hating others. So, they always teaches or reminds me and my sibling that forgiveness is the key that open the door for happiness, good health, success and blessings. They always remind us that if we don't forgive others it can bring about a negative impact on all aspects of our life including financial, spiritual and mental.

However, a lot of people find it very hard to forgive others but as for me, I see the act of forgiveness as something that is so beneficial in all aspect of my life. So, I have no shame or regret in forgiving others, Whenever we forgive others, we set ourselves free from anger, pain, sorrow and unnecessary stress. I have always learnt that forgiveness is what make us feel love, happy, and healthy.

Nowadays, a lot relationship has come to an end because of the inability to embrace forgiveness. Instead of couples to forgive their partners, friends to forgive each other, and free their mind, they decide to choose hatred, or pay back with bad revenge, or stay far away from the offender. I observed that these kind of people that didn't like forgiveness, always ends up hurting themselves more than the offender. They always feel frustrated, angry, moody, unhappy and depressed.

However, forgiveness is what make relationship with our loved ones, friends and family to last longer and grow stronger. We need to know that any desire on taking bad revenge only damages relationship, hurt and affected us.

In addition, I'm someone who prefer peacefulness and whenever anyone offended me, if I don't forgive the person at that moment, I always feel uncomfortable and a war of wages inside me. The only way I could set myself free is by forgiving the offender, letting go of that hateful feeling and bringing peace to my mind again. Forgiveness is the best revenge we can give to someone who offended us, and also a gift we can give to ourselves to remains happy.

In conclusion, forgiveness is a beautiful gift, that we can give to anyone that offend or wronged us, so that we can be free, healthy and happy. Letting go of the grudge and forgiving other can bring to you a positive impact and this is a greatest gift that you can give to yourself. So, whenever anyone offend us, we should learn to forgive them, forget what they done to us and set yourself free.
