Hi dear Hivers in Wednesday Walk community, long time no see. how are you doing? Hope you are doing well. I and my friends have just had an interesting walk into Vi Ro Ngheo village on a rainy day, which I would like to share with you today.
We planned this trip long time ago, and my friends come so far away to visit me, so we decided not to postpone the trip despite of bad weather. Vi Ro Ngheo is a small village surrounded by mountains and forest. The villages are Xo Dang people. They have a simple life harmony with nature around them.
Because of the rain we had to wear raincoats and boots to walk around the village. And the first destination we visited was the village school. It's just as small school with one classroom. And the total number of students is about 15. They are from the village and they are under five years old. we spent time playing with them and giving them some gifts. Through their innocent eyes, they seem to be very happy to have us visit them today.
After that, we continued our walk around the village. The thing I like most is the small road with wooden fence lead to small houses around the village. One interesting thing about this village is that the villages seperate houses for themselves, buffalo, rice and chicken. The reason is that their house made mainly by wood, and there is always a fireplace in the middle of the house, so they afraid that an unlucky case of fire, they will lose their food. Therefore they build different houses for different assets. The villagers have a simple life, but they are happy and they work very hard. We met a young woman taking care of her buffalo under the rain, and she welcomed us by her beautiful smile.
