Possibly, to the many Manga and Anime lovers, you may have discovered the work of Naoki Urasawa for the magnificent thriller, "Monster"; personally I discovered his wonderful work for the great story that unites adventure, action, horror, science fiction and of course friendship, I mean "20th Century Boys", one of the best manga I have ever read; now reading and enjoying these stories, I never felt motivated to read some of his other works, but knowing about the release of a new anime based on one of his famous works, I knew I had the obligation that at any moment I should enjoy an excellent science-fiction story, a new version of one of the most famous characters of Japanese manga and anime.

The story is magnificent, it is one of the best I have seen; the fluidity of each narration with respect to the characters that are protagonists is something that impressed me and here I want to refer to the duration of each episode that can be more than an hour or more than 40 minutes; this time is important because it covers what is necessary, so that the pace does not decline and thus maintain the interest in the viewer. At first, all the detective elements are good, the investigation of the murders, is what certainly caught my attention from the first moment, but when it delves into science fiction is where I enjoy more, but what surprised me most is the dramatic element, I mean the motives of the murders, the investigation, trying to do good or right, that transit of the story between these elements without forgetting the use of any to make relevant to the other is what I consider perfect.

La animación fue realizada por "Studio M2", un estudio de animación fundado en el 2016 y que provee una producción de alta calidad en los ocho episodios que conforman esta miniserie; así como sucede con el anime de "Monster", en esta oportunidad se respeta el diseño de ilustración realizado por Urasawa; me refiero más que nada a los rasgos que presentan sus personajes y los hacen únicos para cada historia, por ejemplo es difícil de obviar las narices grandes, ojos o miradas que demuestran nobleza, pero también terror y en esto último es importante recalcar que está bien realizado el terror de las víctimas y de los victimarios, justamente ese es un elemento importante para esta historia y me agradó que respete el diseño original.
La historia es magnífica, es de lo mejor que he visto; la fluidez de que cada narración con respecto a los personajes que son protagonistas es algo que me impresionó y aquí quiero hacer referencia a la duración de cada episodio que puede ser más de una hora o más de 40 minutos; este tiempo es importante porque así se abarca lo necesario, para que el ritmo no decaiga y así mantener el interés en el espectador. En un principio, todos los elementos detectivescos son buenos, la investigación de los asesinatos, es lo que sin duda captó mi atención desde un primer momento, pero cuando se profundiza en la ciencia-ficción es donde disfrute más, pero lo que más me sorprendió es el elemento dramático, me refiero a los motivos de los asesinatos, de la investigación, de tratar de hacer el bien o lo correcto, ese transitar de la historia entre esos elementos sin olvidar el uso de ninguno para hacer relevante al otro es lo considero perfecto.
