Hoy deseo compartir con ustedes este día especial, para mí, pues es el cumple mes de mi pequeña y traviesa Manchita. Este ser llegó hace 4 meses a mi vida y se ha convertido en parte de mi familia, me da todas las energías que necesito y siempre desea andar conmigo.

Today I want to share with you this special day, for me, because it is the birthday of my little and mischievous Manchita. This being came into my life 4 months ago and has become part of my family, he gives me all the energy I need and he always wants to be with me.

Cuando me la regalaron en el mes de enero apenas acababa de cumplir su primer mes, pero desde esa fecha no ha parado de crecer. Me encanta como es con tanta energía y vitalidad, le encanta visitar a su hermano Diomedes o que el venga a verla para jugar con ella.

Me fascina cuando vuelvo de algún lugar y ella sale a mi encuentro, lista para recibirme, moviendo su cola de un lado a otra muy contenta. Para muchos los perro son solo una mascota, para mi es parte de mi familia y así la he recibido, a mi amiga y fiel compañera.

It fascinates me when I come back from somewhere and she comes out to meet me, ready to greet me, wagging her tail from one side to the other very happy. For many, dogs are just a pet, for me they are part of my family and that is how I have received them, my friend and faithful companion.

Ella disfruta mucho descansar en la alfombra que tengo en la entrada de mi casa y pasear por todo los lugares cercanos a la misma y no tan cercanos también, por lo cual debo andar pendiente, en eso se parece mucho a mi papá que le encanta caminar por todos lados.

She really enjoys resting on the carpet that I have at the entrance of my house and walking around all the places close to it and not so close too, for which I must be aware, in that it is a lot like my dad who loves to walk everywhere.

Está aún en su etapa de agradar y jugar con los humanos, pero debo enseñarla a no morder mientras lo hace, pues le ha dado por ladrar y perseguir a todo aquel que llegue o pase enfrente de nuestra casa.

She is still in her stage of pleasing and playing with humans, but I must teach her not to bite while she does it, because she has taken to barking and chasing anyone who comes or passes in front of our house.
