And so today I decided to do small cooking as it's been long I had home made food.
The Nigerian economy makes cooking really hard and overwhelming as cost of food stuff has gone really high, more than words can convey even.
I spent a whole lot on food stuff and other items and I can't vut marvel, because bow did we get here in this countr... I bought the following items:
- Mackerel fish
- Eggs
- Ponmo (Animal skin)
- Rice
- Pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Seasoning
I went further to boil the rice, blend the pepper and then cooked it.
I made rice and fish sauce with animal skin and boiled egg, this combination is so amazing if you try it.
The ouctur above was when I finished making the sauce , I already have the boiled egg, mackerel and animal skin in the pepper and added the required seasoning to give the amazing taste.
I served the food for 3 people,myself and 2 other friends and we both enjoyed it.
I just hope this country gets better soon so that things can go back to normal and we can eat normally again in this country .. this hardship is becoming unbearable and crazy.
