Wie ihr durch meinen ersten Post erfahren habt, sind wir erst samstagnachts um 1 Uhr losgefahren Richtung Hamburg, der Bericht über die Fahrt findend ihr hier.
Für @quekery, @wekseber und mich hieß es am nach dem Einchecken, schnell los zum ersten Treffpunkt den hatten wir in einem, Café wo wir Kaffee und was zum Frühstücken bekommen haben. Dort sind wir auch zum ersten Mal auf die anderen Teilnehmer gestoßen, wovon einige für mich schon alte bekannte waren, wie @tipfox, @ynwa.andree und @solarwarrior.
Mit den anderen habe ich mich dann erstmal bekannt gemacht, auch wenn meine Sprachprobleme mir bei einigen im weg waren, konnte ich mich zumindest kurz mithilfe von den anderen vorstellen.
In dem Cafe haben wir dann erstmal in Ruhe gefrühstückt. Nach dem Frühstück sind mit @detlev plus Begleitung, @smooms plus Begleitung und @louis88 noch einige Nachzügler eingetroffen. Nach einer kurzen Begrüßung ging es dann auch schon zu Fuß weiter zur Elbphilharmonie, wo wir einen Rundgang machen konnten.
As you have read in my first post,
we only left for Hamburg at 1am on Saturday night, the report about the trip can be found here.
After checking in, @quekery, @wekseber and I quickly headed to our first meeting point, a café where we got coffee and something for breakfast.
There we also met the other participants for the first time,
some of whom were already old friends to me, like @tipfox, @ynwa.andree and @solarwarrior.
I then got to know the others,
even though my language problems got
in the way with some of them,
I was at least
able to introduce myself briefly with the help of the others.
We then had a quiet breakfast in the café.
After breakfast, @detlev plus companion, @smooms plus companion and @louis88
were joined by some latecomers.
After a brief greeting, we continued on foot to
the Elbphilharmonie, where we were able to take a tour.
Wir sind mit einer sehr langen Rolltreppe hoch zum obersten Stockwerken gefahren und wie @tipfox es schon vorausgesagt hatte, war der Ausblick echt sehr schön. Wir sind einmal das ganze Gebäude abgelaufen und konnte alle einmal rundum Bilder von Hamburg aus der Luft machen, was echt super war.
Es sind tolle Bilder entstanden.
We took a very long escalator up to the
top floor and, as @tipfox had already predicted,
the view was really beautiful.
We walked around the whole building
and were able to take pictures of Hamburg
from the air, which was really great.
We took some great
pictures.
Nachdem wir aus der Elbphilharmonie wieder rauskamen, sind wir auch schon Schnur stracks zum nächsten Punkt auf der Tagesagenda marschiert. Geplant war, dass uns @minigunner und @artakush zur Hafenrundfahrt führen und Tipfox verabschiedete sich und konnte in der Zeit die Lokation für die Präsentationen vorbereiten.
After we came out of the Elbphilharmonie, we marched straight on to the next item on the day's agenda.
The plan was for @minigunner and @artakush to take us on a tour of the harbor, while Tipfox said goodbye and was able to prepare the location for the presentations
in the meantime.
Wir sind dann alle den beiden zum Hafen gefolgt, wo auch schon kleines Boot mit einem Guide auf uns wartete, dort haben wir dann noch einen neuen Hivian kennengelernt, die schon am Boot auf uns gewartet hat. Nach dem alle Teilnehmer an Board waren hat der Captain auch schon abgelegt, der Tourguide erzählt die ganze Zeit leider auf Englisch von den Sehenswürdigkeiten, an denen wir vorbei geschippert sind. Wir haben die Zeit genutzt, um draußen zu quatschen und um Fotos zu machen.
Auch hier sind wieder tolle Bilder entstanden.
We all followed them to the harbor, where a small boat with a
guide was already waiting for us,
where we met a new Hivian who was already waiting for us at the boat.
Once all the participants were on board,
the captain cast off and the tour guide told us the whole time in English about the sights we had sailed past.
We used the time to chat outside and take photos.
Once again, we took some great
pictures.
Nach gut 1 Stunde war die Tour mit dem Boot vorbei und wir sind wieder am Anleger angekommen. Nachdem wir uns alle verabschiedet haben, haben wir uns alle gemeinsam zu Präsentation Lokation gemacht, wo wir dann wieder auf @tipfox getroffen sind, der in der Zeit alles vorbereitet hatte. Dort wurden wir mit Lunch und Getränken versorgt. Nach dem alle zufrieden waren konnte Tipfox die Präsentation mit einer Einführung starten, doch das erzähle ich euch im nächsten Post.
After a good hour, the boat tour was over and we arrived back at the pier.
After we all said goodbye, we all went to the presentation location together, where we met @tipfox again, who had prepared everything in the meantime.
There we were provided with lunch and drinks. After everyone was happy,
Tipfox was able to start the presentation with an introduction, but I'll tell you about that in the next post.
