Hola Comunidad de #SWC, les quiero compartir unas fotos de mi entrenamiento del día de hoy, en el que realicé una rutina de resistencia enfocada únicamente en el Jale.
Fui temprano junto a @edixovm y @hecatonquirox para realizar juntos la rutina (Los 3 Mosqueteros🦹🏼♂️⚔️), dicha rutina contiene dominadas, muscleups y alguna que otra serie de burpees. Lo que hace esta rutina agotadora es la forma en la que combina un alto número de dominadas con los muscleups y la manera en la que se intercalan estos 2 movimientos de jale, poniendo como ejemplo el realizar unas 15 dominadas e instantáneamente realizar unos 3 muscleups.

Hello #SWC Community, I want to share with you some pictures of my workout today, in which I performed a resistance routine focused only on the Jale.
I went early together with @edixovm and @hecatonquirox to perform the routine together (The 3 Mosqueteros🦹🏼♂️⚔️), said routine contains pullups, muscleups and the occasional set of burpees. What makes this routine exhausting is the way in which it combines a high number of pull-ups with muscleups and the way in which these 2 pulling movements are interspersed, giving as an example to perform about 15 pull-ups and instantly perform about 3 muscleups.
