My Actifit Report Card: December 29 2024

    Hello, my lovely friends. Today I woke up and the weather was very fresh, so I took the opportunity to go for a run at around 9:00 AM. The atmosphere was great, the cool breeze made me feel refreshed immediately.
    Today, my running route started from the same garden house as before. I kept running until I reached the main road of the village.
    But when I reached the main road, I saw trucks parked blocking the way. They must be construction trucks that were carrying soil to the bank of the Trang River canal because the construction in this area is not yet finished.
    Then I quickly walked away from these ten-wheel trucks. When I almost reached the end of my daily exercise route, which was the road behind the temple in the village, today I noticed that there was construction on the village road. It seemed like they were going to fix the water pipes for my village. So I changed my plan to run along the Trang Canal instead. The atmosphere along the canal was also nice. I could hear the sound of flowing water and enjoy the natural scenery. It was very relaxing.
    Although the canal area was not yet complete, the cement-paved path was very convenient. I kept running and enjoying the natural scenery on both sides of the road. It was very relaxing. The cool wind blew all the way, which immediately refreshed me.
    But there was an unexpected event along the way. The strong wind caused my hat to fly off and fall into the canal! I had to run back to check, but luckily the hat got stuck on a rock by the river, so I was able to safely retrieve it. It was a small obstacle that made today's run a lot more fun. Today I intended to run 10,000 km in one go. When I reached 7,000 km, my husband called me because he was driving his child to buy snacks and he didn't see me in that area. He must have been worried. When I answered the phone, I told him that it was probably when my hat fell off and I went down to the riverside, which was quite windy because there were stairs down. Then, the bottom was paved with stones at different levels. When I hung up the phone from my husband, I ran back home. When I got home, I continued exercising until I reached 10,000. When I finished, for today's exercise, I did the same thing I do every day: I went into the kitchen to cook. When I finished, I came out to weigh myself, measure my height, waist, and leg circumference. Today, my waist is 26.5, weight 55.9 kilograms, chest 34, and thighs 22. Running for exercise should gradually reduce weight, and the easiest part to reduce is the waist. I should probably do some leg exercise because it's very difficult to reduce legs.
