Este precioso lugar esta en un pequeño rinconcito de la ribera, en una zona donde el rio tiene una curva y permite que la construcción de la costanera siga la forma que tiene el rio; Estar en este lugar se siente bien, el clima es mucho más agradable que en otra parte de la ciudad, estar cerca del rio permite percibir la briza fresca del agua, lo que hace que el clima sea más fresco
