Happy start of the new week to you all healthy drinklovers. Today I bring to share with you some delicious smoothie I usually make to take as breakfast when am not taking tea π΅. The combination of carrot, mango and banana puree is a good start for an awesome energetic day.
I usually make this drink to take in the mornings as breakfast and brunch especially when am on the run for a morning appointment because this smoothie drink can serve a bit as food due to its rich combination and thickness πΉ.
Fresh fruits as smoothies or drinks can help keep us healthy at all times boosting our immune for that vitality, and the good thing about this smoothie is that we donβt need to add sugar to it to make it healthier.
Lets prepare this smoothie that does not take two much of our time.
INGREDIENTS:
1 large carrot
1 medium mango
3 finger banana
1 glass of water π¦
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
The first thing is to clean, wash and sterilize the carrot before we grate it.

Step 2.
Will wash the mango, cut off the back peel and slice to chop it in tiny squares

Step 3.
The banana I will peel and slice in chunks.
Step 4.
Here I have the ingredients prepared and ready.
Step 5.
I will add the ingredients into the blender for blending. The banana π mango π₯ carrot π₯ and adding the glass of water π¦ .

Step 6.
Then will blend them into a puree of smoothie
Step 7.
And once blended, I will serve the smoothie in glasses showcasing the beauty and richness of this healthy combination
And will take to the refrigerator to chill a bit for that satisfying feel you get when drinking something so delicious. A rich in vitamins three (3) in one combination full of flavor. Its a meal on its own. I recommend you try it yourself and taste the deliciousness. Enjoy guys.
