The Hakka Food court

The Hakka Foodcourt is a well-known place in Ranau, Sabah. One of the must-try here at the Hakka food court is the Tuaran Mee.

Tuaran mee is a type of noodle that is special to Sabah and is not found in other parts of Malaysia. The noodle used for the Tuaran mee is slightly more thicker. It tastes like fried noodles.

After a great night of sleep, it was time to head out to eat breakfast. I was getting hungry. The view here at Kundasang is amazing. The fog and the clouds. You can touch the clouds up here.

Some of the plants that grow up here are special.

Normally, these plants have to be grown in places that have to be cool but here at Kundasang at a high altitude up here. The temperature dips quite low so most of these exotic plants can easily flourish and grow.

    Hydrangea macrophylla

Beautiful colored flowers are vivid and clustered. So, off I went in search of food.

It took me around half an hour to get to this particular food court and another twenty minutes to get parking.

    Ordered a plate of

#Fried Chicken Chop rice with french fries
This is yummy but I wished that the portion was slightly bigger.

    Tuaran Mee

A must-have. The stall gave a generous amount of meat.

    The temperature at Kundasang

19 degrees Celsius. That is the best type of temperature. Not too hot yet too cold. The food here is great and it is definitely worth the time to just come here and have a meal before heading off to other parts of Kundasang.
