More gym, more gain and more lost! Felt okay ish, I’m on a break of caffeine, too many red bull wasn’t good. So raw, straight water gym sessions 😂 feels good, I think I’m slowly creeping down the weight. Did some ice climbing yesterday also so ain’t stopping yet! 2 days before Hawaï 🥳
