I made this simple cake for my child, because my child really likes potato cakes with corn, coincidentally today I bought corn so I made it into potato and corn cakes for my little one, it's very easy to make, we only need several ingredients to turn into cakes
This perkedel is made from potatoes which are mashed and then shaped into rounds because this is the vegan version of potatoes of course I will prepare it without using eggs because perkedel The original uses eggs, but this time I didn't use eggs. I made a vegan version of perkedel for my child
Ingredients for making corn potato fritters:
1 piece of corn
2 tbsp wheat flour
1 tsp salt
how to make :
(1) The first step is to first prepare the potatoes and peel the potatoes, then cut the potatoes and wash them clean and set aside
(2) After that, fry or boil the potatoes, you can also steam them, so that they are easy to mash later
After that, mash the potatoes using a fork then add the corn flakes then 2 tablespoons of flour and also 1 teaspoon of salt, you can also add ground pepper and seasoning if you like
(3) after that, stir well until everything is evenly mixed then prepare the cooking oil for frying then take 1 spoon of the mixture and fry until golden brown, don't forget to turn it over so it doesn't burn,
and the corn potato fritters are ready to be served, this is my child's favorite food, because the taste is very addictive
