Last night there was a great event with the bitcoiners in El Salvador. The Bitcoin Embassy Christmas party was a great dinner poker party were we had a delicious and exotic dinner of rabbit and papusas (Salvador version of Tacos).
I enjoyed a great chat about the real world and the virtual world. Finding people and commerce online versus on the streets.
The event also had a great deal of assistance, almost 30 people, from nuclear families came with their kids to couples to retirees.
We all shared discussions such as the IMF deal with El Salvador, and adoption rate in the city and how to improve it.
I was also pleased to find local people come to the event, a couple of Salvadorian girls came by and was able to exchange info with them.
