El trabajo que desempeñas puede que no te haga exitoso y optimista, pero la idea de ser exitoso siempre surge de tu mente, que no es necesariamente del trabajo, porque sin una mente desarrollada, uno no puede tener el trabajo. ¿Has visto a algún loco que haya sido contratado sólo porque su mente ya está corrompida? La única forma de alcanzar la perfección es aprendiendo a desarrollar esa habilidad en pos de lo que a uno le gusta hacer. Eso es aplicable a mi caso, y puedo dar fe de que nada bueno llega tan fácilmente; es decir, tener éxito lleva tiempo, lo cual no es un plan de enriquecimiento rápido. Hasta ahora me he dado cuenta en la vida de que el verdadero éxito siempre surge de la dedicación y la inversión en mi crecimiento personal, que tienen que condicionar mi mentalidad y disciplinarme, y tanto como mi visualización y presentación en mi pensamiento.
El hábito que he cultivado es lo que realmente marca la diferencia, lo cual veo como una recompensa que tiende a darme la libertad alcanzable, por lo tanto, es bastante consciente de que un poco o tanta mejora con lo que cultivo como hábito impacta más en mí hacia la adquisición de más conocimiento y tanto como discípulo, que es la auto-calidad que tengo en mi lugar de trabajo, es un placer para mí educarlo como he educado mi mente que el crecimiento siempre crea oportunidades que solo son importantes para aquellos que siempre están listos para cumplir, por lo tanto, a través de mi observación cuidadosa, me he dado cuenta de que no es trabajar duro en tu trabajo lo que da sus frutos como tal, sino trabajar en mi capacidad para extenderlo más con respecto a la creación de un sentido de propósito.
Entonces, la pregunta que espero de ti es: ¿Cómo has logrado aterrizar en esto? con respecto al título Aprende a trabajar en ti mismo más que en tu trabajo, por lo tanto, esto fue realmente alcanzable para mí al reconocer que tengo una mentalidad de crecimiento que debe ampliarse, que tengo que creer en las habilidades que tengo y en mi inteligencia, que debe aceptarse a pesar de enfrentarme a veces a desafíos que tienden a hacer que el viaje sea duro y difícil de eliminar, mientras que no tengo miedo y acepto los desafíos y tengo el espíritu de aprender más, junto con la resiliencia, me dio la ventaja que la gente está buscando.
El espíritu de aprender en cualquier momento dado es el juego de todo, lo que me da prioridad a aprovechar la oportunidad de leer, analizar y digerir lo que veo con un resumen rápido y, sobre todo, para hacerlo más fácil, aprendiendo de aquellos que tienen la experiencia por delante de mí porque sus pensamientos han sido una fuente de inspiración para hacerme un mejor individuo en mi campo, y a pesar de tener un objetivo que alcanzar, existe la necesidad de tener un enfoque específico que tiende a aclarar la visión y tiende a aliviar la distracción mientras me ayuda a administrar bien el tiempo.
Nunca he sido egoísta en cuanto a establecer una red, ni en cuanto a rodearme de personas que estén en busca de los mismos desafíos que yo y que tengan el mismo interés que yo. Dejo en claro en mi mentalidad que mi visión tiene que ser clara y con un propósito, así que me he dado cuenta de que el trabajo es lo que hago durante un período de tiempo determinado, pero en términos de desarrollo personal es lo que continúa conmigo hasta el resto de la vida. Tenga en cuenta que este es un regalo que funciona para mí, que es que cuanto más invierto en mi esfuerzo, mejor me vuelvo.
The job you do might not make you successful and buoyant, but the idea of being successful always comes from your mind, which is not necessary from the job, because without the developed mind, one can’t have the job. Have you seen any mad person being employed just because the mind is corrupted already? The only way one can track perfection is through learning how to develop that skill towards what he or she loves doing. That is applicable to me, and I can testify that nothing good comes so easily; that is to say, to be successful takes time, which is not a quick enriching scheme. So far I have come to realize in life that true success always comes from dedication and investment in that of my personal growth that have to condition my mindset and discipline me, and as much as my envisioning and featuring me on my thought.
The habit I have cultivated is what actually make the difference, which I see it as a payback that tend to give me the obtainable freedom , hence is quite known to me that a little or as much improvement with that I cultivate as habit impact more on me towards acquiring more knowledge and as much as disciple, which is the self-quality I have in place my working place, it is my pleasure to educate you as I have educated my mind that growth always creates opportunities which is only main for those who are ever ready to comply, hence through my tense care observation, I have come to realize that is not working hard on your job that pays off as such, rather working in my capacity in order to extend it more in respect of creating sense of purpose.
So the question I am expecting from you is to ask me, How have you managed to land on this? in respect to the caption Learn to Work on Yourself More Than Your Job, hence this was actually achievable for me through recognizing that I have a growth mindset that has to be stretched beyond, which I have to believe in the skills I am gifted and my intelligence, which has to be embraced despite sometimes facing challenges that tend to make the journey rough and difficult to rid, while I fear not and embrace the challenges and having the spirit to learn more, coupled with resilience, gave me the edge that people out there are looking for.
The spirit to learn at any given point in time is the game of it all, which prioritizes me taking the opportunity to read, analyze, and digest what I see with a quick summary and, most especially, to make it easier, learning from those that have the experience ahead of me because their thoughts have been a source of inspiration towards making a greater individual in my field, and despite having a goal to achieve, there is a need to have a niched-down focus that tends to make vision clear and tends to ease up distraction while helping me in managing time well.
I have never for one to be selfish over establishing a network, towards surrounding myself with people who are after the same challenges with me which after the same interest of me, I make it clear to my mindset that my vision has to be clear, and with a purpose, so I have realize I have realized that job is what I do as I for any giving period of time but in term of self-development is what continues with me till the rest day of the life. Note this is a giveaway that works for me, which is the more I invest in my endeavor, the better I become.
