Let's make Potato Kachori which is perfect for a snack.

I hope this weekend Sunday is a relaxing day where you can have a lot of fun and happiness with your family and loved ones. Dear friends, we all love to eat snacks. But if we have to eat home-made food, it is very healthy. So today I came to show you how to make such a snack.This snack is very popular in India. It is called Potato Kachori. So let's see how to make it.

    Ingredients;

    • One and half cups of wheat flour
    • 200ml oil
    • 55ml of water
    • Finely chop a bunch of curry leaves

    • Two average sized boiled potatoes
    • One and half teaspoons of salt powder
    • A teaspoon of chilli powder
    • Half teaspoon of pepper powder

    The method of making;

    First of all add to the flour mixture and add one teaspoon of salt, some of chopped curry leaves and a tablespoon of coconut oil.

    Stir all this well and add water little by little to make a regular thick dough.

    Cover with a lid and keep aside for ten minutes.

    Now let's prepare the potato mixture. I boiled the potatoes in such small pieces because they have to be boiled very quickly. You can boil these yams as you like. Add to another bowl and mash very well.

    Now add chilli powder, pepper powder, remaining salt powder, remaining finely chopped curry leaves and stir this mixture well.

    Divide the flour into six parts.

    Knead for about a minute and make balls.

    Make similar balls from the potato mixture as well.

    Take one small ball and flatten it as shown in the picture.

    Keep a potato ball.

    Break off the excess.

    When the oil heats up to medium, add it to the oil and fry on low flame until medium golden color. This usually takes about seven to eight minutes to fry both sides well. If you fry it on high heat, it will only boil inside. Therefore, it is important to fry on low flame until golden brown.
