Day 2472 | Long Friday City Walk (~20k Steps)

    I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


    If anything in the past week, I did manage to get my steps in doing around 20k more on friday where I went for an afternoon walk into the city. I still have to average around 9k steps a day in the next 5 weeks to reach my goal though and I kind of want to stay ahead of track so I will do more steps in the coming week.

    Food DiaryI ate some leftover Spaghettin in the early afternoon, picked up some cany in the city and some bread right before I was back in my appartment. From here on out though as the new month start, I aim to follow all my rules stricktly.

    6-Weeks Daily Reps & Workouts

    Also from here on out the next 31 days, I want to get in around 90 reps of push, squat, crunch a day while also doing some chin ups which by far are the hardest. I also will try to get in as many hot yoga classes as I can, keep on walking and get back to a weekly swim.
