Today was a pretty busy day. Started out waking up a little later, but I hit the weightroom which was good, the deadlifts were kind of killer this time around.
The other exercises were not too bad, the dumbell flys were okay, the leg pul ins felt pretty good.
Then I went over to a friend's house, helped cook some food and had a great conversation, which is always welcome.
