I am a British shorthair cat. This is a breed of domestic cats, bred in the 19th century. We are large cats with a massive stocky build and heavy and robust bones. Our head is round and massive, our nose is short, straight, and wide.
That's why my gaze looks pretty menacing.
I really like being scratched behind the ear. Oh, this is real pleasure and bliss. Out of pleasure, I sing songs in my special language.
By the way, the British coat will be soft, short, and very dense. The tail is thick, densely stuffed with hair, and round at the end.
What is the character of British cats?
If you have a British cat, its character will be calm and not harmful, like a real aristocrat. The British love to play, but they don't rush around the apartment. They love their man, but they don't suffer from long loneliness while he's at work or away on business.
I mean, my daughter doesn't leave cats alone for more than one day. She has 2 British cats. When they visit their country house and start getting ready to go home, the cats hide in secluded places. They don't want to go home to the city, they are much more comfortable in a country house. They need more space.
