hearing loss

Losing my hearing would be devastating.
I've had tinnitus in my ears for a long time and I'm still living with it.
I've been to a clinic and tried tinnitus treatment, but it didn't get better.
I don't want to treat it because it doesn't improve and it costs a lot of money.
I have to ignore my tinnitus because it makes me more tired and irritable.
When I watch TV, there are parts that I can't hear properly because of my tinnitus.
I can't hear about 20% of what's on TV, so I have to turn on the subtitles.
When I go for a medical checkup, they don't test my hearing, they just move on to the next test.

I looked up the main causes of tinnitus and found that it can be caused by aging, noise exposure, middle and inner ear problems, and auditory nerve damage.
It can also be caused by stress, blood pressure problems, medication side effects, or central nerve crab disease.

We need to take good care of our bodies.
We need to exercise regularly and eat right.
