    After being tired from working, today is the weekend that I have been waiting for, who doesn't like a weekend where we can all gather as a family, there are father, mother and children, that's my little family, well on this weekend my husband wants to eat simple grilled fish, stir-fried water spinach, and my homemade soy sauce and chili sauce, usually every weekend I always cook that food, but for the past few weeks I haven't had time to cook it.
    However, today I will cook it again and I will also share the recipe with all of you.

    1 milkfish


    I coated the milkfish with salt and lime, without using any seasoning, and I just grilled it over hot coals.

    Lime juice
    Cayenne pepper to taste

    1 large tomato


    Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, or according to taste, the cayenne pepper and shallots.

    After I have finished cutting it, I want to move it to a bigger place so that it will be easier to mix later.

    Then I started mixing the soy sauce chili sauce, first add the salty soy sauce, then the sweet soy sauce, and lime juice, then mash it for a while using a pestle and mortar to evenly mix and crush the tomatoes a little, so that the spices can also be absorbed.

    2 bunches of water spinach
    200 grams of shrimp
    6 cloves of shallots
    1 clove of garlic
    8 Red chilies
    4 green chilies
    1 piece of shrimp paste
    1 tomato
    Salt to taste


    How to cook


    Blend the fine spices in a blender, add a little water,

    Then saute the spices in a frying pan, after the spices have reduced, add the water spinach, don't forget to add a little salt and oyster sauce.
