What is setting of goal if we can not achieve it? Most people set unachievable goals because they want to do what others are doing, setting goals entails so many things like asking yourself these questions before setting your goals, will I be able to achieve everything I want? What will it take for me to achieve my goal? Will I be able to manage my time in other to make all my requests come true?
Yes, it is good to set achievable goals, last year was one of the best years, I set my goal even though I was unable to achieve everything on my goal but I am glad to check my recap and I think I did well if not my best, I was able to manage my time, I was able to cope with work and hive even though I lag in some areas which I'm ready to make amendment this present year.
This year I have three targets that will help me to increase my visibility on Hive, listing my targets and explaining how I will explore everything that can be of benefit not for me alone but for other users who will be striving more on Hive this year.

I checked my recap for 2024 and I saw that my engagement was never what I expected, I was lagging in this aspect, so this year I want to increase my engagement in my niches and I want to contribute more to people's opinions, I want to contribute genuinely on people's post not just to read through, know what people are going through because most of the content on this platform are people's challenges, I want to gain more visibility in my communities, by doing this I am achieving my goals, everything is never about creating contents, I want to learn more and achieve more this year, I want to be able to look back and smile and said to myself that I did it by the end of the year.
Personal goals
My personal goals are to be consistent on this platform this year, create meaningful content, and improve more on my writing skills, onboard my friends at work, my coworkers have been asking more about Hive from me, they have been seeing me taking pictures and creating contents with it, I do not have enough time to put them through last year but this year I must dedicate my time to bring more people to this platform the way I was introduced and now I am enjoying hive, I need to make more people feel save by creating content and making money from it.
Achieving goals
This is the height of it all, as much as I want to be creating content every day, I am human, and laziness can troop in any day but the best way to tackle this is by determination and discipline, I had already made my Hive calendar on how many contents I will be creating every week also how many people I will be engaging on their post, I must achieve all this through my Hive calendar.
No laziness for me this year, I have laid down my plans and how I want to achieve them this year, I want my goals to be achievable that is why I am not setting goals of 50000HP or one million HBD, I want to put more effort into my blog and increase my engagement.
Goal-setting is a personal journey. It's essential to reflect on what you want to achieve and create a plan to get there. Achieving goals takes time, effort, and perseverance. Stay committed, and you'll be on your way to success.
