Todos los jueves me encuentro con mi mejor amigo para entrenar pues desde que comencé me a ayudado bastante, a pesar de que nuestras rutinas sean diferentes nos motivados para lograr nuestros objetivos, en este día yo entrene straddle planche y mi amigo Front Lever, la rutina de el se basa en pull Up y mi rutina en fortalecimiento de bíceps y aguantes repetitivos, sin más que agregar nos vemos en otra oportunidad.
