If what Ron Paul means by cutting taxes is its abolishment, which would wipe out the 16th amendment of the constitution that allows the congress thieves to steal our income taxes, then i 100% agree with him. The constitution was never for the purpose of giving anyone the right to steal what doesn't belong to them. The 16th Amendment was added by Socialist thieves that compromised us. It needs to be amended and made illegal.
