For all health enthusiasts,
I am once again delighted to share the modest results of my physical activity.
I started the first day of the week with a brief 40-minute warm-up session, focusing as always on breathing exercises. Today's emphasis was on stretching exercises.
Overall, there was quite a light physical load, and I only perspired a little.
My other physical activity consisted of walking. Unfortunately, there wasn't quite enough today, and I managed to accumulate just over 5,000 activity points.
Although the result is modest, I am still pleased with myself.
I bid farewell with wishes for good health and a strong spirit to all.
