Tale Of Love And Sacrifice.

    Sheer evil.

I usually can't hold the laughter back nor hide the amusement I feel whenever I hear or see hilarious things. Would you believe there was a time when a majority of men would gladly and willingly catch a bullet for their lady persons because they knew somehow, it was going to be worth it? But sadly, we don't see a lot of that nowadays.

I read a news article somewhere where a lady moved on to the next partner a few days after her original partner gave up his life for her. The troll was the fact that she didn't give the dead partner the respect he deserved for actually dying for her. Some people said his death was solely his decision and the other party said that she was just sheer evil. Was she really sheer evil?

For some reason, this article was hilarious for me, not the part where someone lost his life or the part where the lady swiftly started a new relationship, but the fact that people were getting worked up about it. Why do you decide to wake up one morning and make someone else's decision your problem? Maybe she had her reasons or maybe not but she did it and no amount of verbal attack would stop her.

However, men would be the subject of the decision today. I can't exactly talk deeply about the male species as there are a lot to know about them, however, one thing is worth dissecting and it's the way they love

OfOf course, this write-up has nothing to do with the likes of @seki who is anti-love and wants nothing to do with it :).

From the research I've done and the observations I've made, men actually love wholeheartedly when they are at peace. Any opposition to this? No? It gets really scary because we can all come to the conclusion that loving comes with a truckload of pain and hurt and most people can't stand this. Most ladies to be precise. So the men love fully and when things get bad, the ladies are ready to take a walk and not look back.

Because how else would you explain a man giving up his life for his partner and the same partner moves on in the next three days? Not all ladies would do this of course. The simple question would be..

Can you give up your life for your partner?

Some people would scream Never! at this point without giving it any thoughts. Then, the simple conclusion that can be drawn from this is that you certainly do not love this partner as much as you think, or do you? Because if you do, then you should be willing to give up everything for them. Hehe.

    Grenade

Listening to Grenade by Bruno Mars a long time ago was the turning point in my perspective as to men and what they go through. This was when I realised that this species has actually gone through a whole lot in the hands of the opposite gender. Don't get me wrong, ladies have also gone through a lot in the hands of the opposite gender but men seem to always have the most excruciating experiences. And the amusing part is that they do not even show how they feel because they do what they know how to do best–bottle up feelings.

Gave you all I had and you tossed it in the trash.

How painful can that be? The song grenade basically talks about the heartbreak/ pain a young man feels due to a failed relationship. He speaks of how much he gave and was willing to give–including dying for the lady in question–however, the lady wouldn't do the same.

The song is emotion packed and can be very relatable to many people out there. It's no secret that failed relationships happen from time to time due to reasons best known to the people involved. However, is bottling up these feelings really the answer?

In my opinion, it isn't always the best answer because this way, one doesn't open up themselves to future opportunities, making a total wreck of their love lives. Yes, you would get your heart broken but no, it isn't the end of the world. Seki, it's not the end of the world🌝. It always gets better.
