A veces solo necesitamos un desayuno en la terraza y una buena compañía. 💕
De este desayuno destaco mi primera vez sirviéndome el café de una prensa francesa. Tan delicioso, que me pedí dos de esas. Por primera vez, también, tomé un desayuno de dos tiempos, el primero, con yogurt natural casero, granola hecha en casa y frutas de temporada. El segundo, más criollo, de huevos a elección, arepas, aguacate y aceite de marañón.
Todo este acompañado del calor de una terraza, el canto de los pajaritos y el imponente sol de la mitad de mañana.
La experiencia fue en La Colina Hotel Cottage, un parada recomendada si visitan Bogotá, dentro de la ciudad pero en el silencio y la tranquilidad de una colina🍃

Sometimes we just need a breakfast on the terrace and good company. 💕
From this breakfast I highlight my first time serving myself coffee from a French press. So delicious, I ordered myself two of those. For the first time, too, I had a two-course breakfast, the first, with homemade natural yogurt, homemade granola and seasonal fruits. The second, more Creole, with eggs of your choice, arepas, avocado and cashew oil.
All this accompanied by the warmth of a terrace, the singing of birds and the imposing mid-morning sun.
The experience was in La Colina Hotel Cottage, a recommended stop if you visit Bogota, within the city but in the silence and tranquility of a hill🍃.
