Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge: Support Articles

Welcome to this week’s Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge! This time, we’re focusing on building helpful guides and tips for the community, with a special focus on Tournaments.

Challenge Theme: Newbies Guide to Tournaments

This week’s theme is all about helping new players navigate the exciting world of tournaments. Tournaments can be one of the most rewarding experiences in Splinterlands, but getting started can feel overwhelming for new players. That’s why this week, we’re asking community members to write detailed guides on how to get started in tournaments. Your guide could help someone find the right tournament and be better prepared to compete!

    How to Participate:

    • Write a Hive Blog Post: Create a support article that focuses on helping new players get into tournaments. Cover topics like how to choose the right tournament and how to prepare your strategy.
    • Share Your Post: Post your guide on Hive and social media, and post a link in the comments. The best posts will be curated and upvoted by the community curators!
    • Get Featured: Exceptional posts may be added to the Splinterlands Knowledge Center, helping build a permanent resource for the community. The team reserves the right to edit any submission if chosen to be featured in the knowledge center.

    Why Participate?

Top articles will receive upvotes from curators, increasing visibility and rewards! Plus, your guide could be added to the official Splinterlands Knowledge Center, solidifying your role as a key contributor to the game’s growth.

Tips for a Great Support Article:

    • Be Clear: Write in a way that new players can easily understand.
    • Be Practical: Share real examples and scenarios that beginners can relate to.
    • Be Helpful: Include visuals, screenshots, or links to other resources to enhance your article.

Let’s work together to create a strong, knowledgeable community by providing valuable support to new players. Your strategy could make all the difference for someone just starting their Splinterlands journey!

Ready to contribute? Start writing and let’s help each other grow!

    Manual Curation

Splinterlands/steemmonsters is all about community engagement, and that's why we're manually curating (upvoting) your posts! We have an amazing team of community curators, and official team members also have the 'powers' to upvote! We work together to try to upvote in order of entry. Sometimes we get a couple of days behind, just so we can let the VP heal in order to give larger upvote values. So, make sure you drop your links within a day or two of posting so we can get to it.

Curators are rewarded with higher upvotes on their posts and are allowed up to three per week, rather than two. This is our way of saying "Thank you!"
