I got off to an early start as I had another busy day scheduled at work which would impact my ability to get much activity in the afternoon. It was still early and cool when I got onto the treadmill for my jog and cooldown routine. While the pace remains good, I fee I need to start pushing for some momentum in order to get better progress.
The challenge around time management will continue in the coming days and weeks so the early routines will be critical in maintaining form but I also start to think about a mix up to really get to a better delta in both fitness and motivation. Doing the minimum never achieves much.
