    Hello everyone

Glorious morning to all, hope you have a great night rest and I know and am sure today is going to blessed for us as we begin on our activities today🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I went to my friends place yesterday we talk Gist share ideas together it was fun doing our chatting she made a statement consistency it sound to me as a new word when she expanciated on it.

CONSISTENCY means to be dedicated and focused on a goal, and to remain committed to task or habits.

We have different ideas of talented people but must of them are not consistency and focus on the skills they have, that why it’s difficult for our skills to expand and grow If we are not consistent in in what we do.

Most of us even have the initial motivation to start something, but accomplishing that task becomes tedious and hence we lose hope of achieving it in the middle of the journey.

I learnt sewing some years back and didn’t know that it will be useful to me until now. I am quite skillful in sewing but I haven’t stayed updated with recent trend since I haven’t been practicing. Now that I am free from schooling and hoping for a job I want to practice more and sew a lot of beautiful outfit
Who know is this will become my career?.

Today I want to take you through the process of how I have sewn this lovely A like dress

    Measurement required;
    Length
    Bust
    Waist
    Hip
    Shoulder/ back
    Sleeve

    Processing of cutting and sewing

Step one; add your horizontal measurement

Step two; you can add your desire neckline, but here I used 4 by 7 it a V neck

Step three; Come down by 1.5inches from the shoulder slope

Step four; from the shoulder slope draw a straight line using shoulder measurement as guild.

Step five; To get the fullness of the gown I divide hip by 4 and add 4inches Apart from the seam allowance I do love it when the bust and waist area a little bite fitted that will bring the beauty of the dress

Step six; connect marked measurements together Cut front and place it on another folded fabric, leaving a zipper allowance of 1inch.

    Sewing process

Firstly I turned the neck line with remain fabric then join front and black shoulder together shape the dress and fix in the sleeves and zipper at the back.

A shape dress may be simple and easy to make but if we don’t get the accurate style called A LINE then it will turn to another things entirely

Funny enough that day I was in needed of thread getting to that place I met the lady cutting already she told me she will attend to me shortly. During that process I was try to get what style lady was cutting, I believe no knowledge is wasted in this line of fashion you have to learn day by day for you to be good and unique!!!. I could get it easily until she open the dress.

This was how the A shape look like that day eventually if the owner of the dress put it on it will not a-line on her due to the cutting of the A shape

At the Sharp edge of the dress come up by 1.5 or 2inches and connect it midpoint then you are good to go😂😂
