Today I got up in the mood to go for a walk and exercise a little, the day dawned cloudy as it rained in the early morning, giving it a damp and cool touch, lately it is impossible to go out because the high temperatures are devastating in my country and more towards the sides of the center of it.
I took the opportunity to walk around the community where there is a place where you can exercise a little, unfortunately people do not take care of these spaces, making them into a mess. There are few machines left and the place is a bit neglected, but you can still use some of them.
Our body needs exercises that help us to stimulate circulation, purify the body a little through sweating, it is recommended for all ages, especially for people who are overweight and with some pathologies, it helps me especially to the circulation, because I get many cramps and my hands fall asleep, but I do this kind of exercise and I go for a walk, it helps me, I spend a more relaxed day.
I use the bicycle and the chair a little bit, they help me to improve the circulation in my legs a little bit.
When I go on the road at the beginning I go willing to exercise I do not stop anywhere until I get to the place to start my exercises, and back I come a little more relaxed and calm, I start to stop and take pictures of some places and things that catch my attention, as you can see those black herons, the prickly pear flower, the road where I go, etc. .
It is quite fun once home I take a bath and start with my daily tasks, but already with vigor, the schedule I like to carry out my walks is in the mornings at about 6:30, in the evenings is also good, it's all a matter of taste and comfort.
