End of year routine
Un cordial saludo a la gran comunidad de hype y a todas las personas que siguen todas mis publicaciones, Hoy vengo a ustedes con un post diferente en el cual voy a comentarles sobre mi entrenamiento de fin de año, un entrenamiento el cual ya tenía planificado para revisar como normalmente acostumbró a hacer, pero es especial, ya que es para un cierre de año. Así que sin más que añadir, vamos con el post.
A warm greeting to the great hype community and to all the people who follow all my posts. Today I come to you with a different post in which I will tell you about my end of year training, a training that I had already planned to review as I normally do, but it is special, since it is for a year-end. So without further ado, let's go with the post.
Me fui normalmente al parque en el que siempre suelo entrenar, ya que normalmente no quería entrenar solo Pero igualmente me tocó entrenar Prácticamente solo hasta el final porque no fue más nadie aparte de mi persona, fue un entrenamiento bastante efectivo y bastante Bueno, ya que normalmente trabajé adaptación con liga para las planchas y rutina básica de fortalecimiento tanto de hombro como de bíceps para el hefesto y también accesorios los cuales me ayudan a fortalecer todas las áreas que he trabajado normalmente.
I normally went to the park where I usually train, since I normally did not want to train alone. But I still had to train practically alone until the end because no one else went apart from me. It was a fairly effective and quite good training, since I normally work on adaptation with a band for planks and a basic strengthening routine for both the shoulder and biceps for the hephaestus and also accessories which help me strengthen all the areas that I have normally worked on.
Realmente me alegra mucho haber entrenado el día de hoy, ya que normalmente este día no se entrena por festividad, pero realmente me sirvió mucho para despejar la mente y poder despedir el año con un entrenamiento efectivo. A pesar de no haber sido para nada, el mejor año que he tenido fue un año en el cual adquirí mucha experiencia, mucho conocimiento y también tuve el honor de conocer a muchas personas las cuales me han ayudado a avanzar en este año. Espero que el año siguiente sea mejor tanto para ustedes como para mí y que logremos todos nuestros objetivos tanto a corto como a largo plazo Y que desarrollemos nuestro máximo potencial. Así que con esto me despido hoy en esta publicación y espero el año que viene venir con todo para mejorar en este deporte. Sin nada más quería ir. Espero que tengan un feliz año y un buen inicio de año.
I am really glad to have trained today, since normally this day is not a holiday, but it really helped me a lot to clear my mind and be able to say goodbye to the year with an effective training. Despite not being for nothing, the best year I have had was a year in which I acquired a lot of experience, a lot of knowledge and I also had the honor of meeting many people who have helped me advance this year. I hope that next year will be better for both you and me and that we achieve all our goals both short and long term and that we develop our maximum potential.
