Those I experienced during and after the operation are really worth it because, finally, I can breathe again in my nose. But I don't want to experience this kind of operation again, so I will make sure to follow my doctor and take good care of myself.

I'm sounding overreacting here, but really, this is what I felt after the doctor finally removed the gauze in my nose for whatever purpose it had. I forgot to ask, but I think it was to protect my nose and not cause me to bleed so much. I have a nasal spray for it that can clean it while I have it on my nose, it's called Nasal Hygiene.

From one eager Ruffa to a tired Ruffa, lol. This is what it looks like after the operation. And while having this in my nose, eating, drinking water, and even brushing my nose are really hard to do because I feel like my nose is stretching so much. I didn't ask this question to the doctor, but I feel like bathing is also not allowed, so I didn't take a bath for days. But I finally did so yesterday because of our plan today, which is to go to Calapan for a follow-up checkup.

Another thing, the oldies are still not allowing me to do some heavy lifting or those things that require strength because they are afraid that I might bleed. I just follow what they suggest, and during those times, they are the ones doing all the things I do every day, from washing the dishes to cooking to fetching some water using a water pump. I can't even wash my own clothes because of that. Which I understand because it's for my own good too.

While this is the medicine I have to take while I'm healing, Looking at all this makes me sigh because there's really a lot of it. I feel like I'll get a liver injury by just looking at them. But I have to take it all. And the doctor won't recommend it if they are bad for my liver. And actually, I only have to take them for 5 days and for weeks.

And you know, I'm not even done with all of them, and here's another set. I'm just glad that some of them are just sprays. I'm already familiar with the two sprays, one of them is my after-operation spray too, on the first one. The medicine's actually for my cough. The doctor saw how severe my cough is because it's the kind of cough that goes kaboom, lol. So he gave me a prescription for this. But this one is easier because I only need to dissolve them in water and will drink it two times a day, every day after a meal. Phew! And may I just add that I have to take it for two weeks? But this is all for my healing, so, for the go ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ.

Here's a new selfie I took a while ago. I still look ugly, but I can now smile and breathe comfortably. Ahhh, this is what I've been missing for months now. I am really glad that I finally got rid of that nasal polyp. And of course, it won't happen without the help of my mommy and my brother too, who did everything to make it happen smoothly with his fast action. I will be forever grateful for him or her. (ʘᴗʘ✿).

Anyway, this is not the end of my checkup because there are still more follow-up checks. The next one is scheduled for February 27. My brother will for sure be in Batangas during that time. It's time for him to go home and go back to work.

Aghhh! There are still a lot of things to do, but for now, I'm so glad because the worst is finally over ⁽⁽ଘ( ˊᵕˋ )ଓ⁾⁾.

And I just want to share this here, this is how big and massive the polyp that was taken out in my nose.

I had to put a filter on it because it is really gross. And this os the cause of the pain I've been having in my nose and head for the past month, it's just, whoa! They said that it is much bigger than previous one. I didn't really see the first one but this time my brother took a photo of it.
