Hi everyone,
I took this picture on a new pedestrian bridge I found in the city of Rennes few months ago. I visited the Asarue center earlier that day and I decided to do a short outdoor session before driving back to Nantes. temperature was below zero so I gave me only one hour.
For that one, I first made a 8-way rotation of the left part of the bridge, continuously lit with a powerfull flashlight and a light-blue LEE filter, using my gimbal head and capping the lens between chosen angles. After that, I replaced the light-blue filter by a yellow one, made a tripod swap and captured another part of the bridge multiple times to draw that pattern at the center of the frame.
Lightpainting created in real time, captured to the camera in one single photographic frame.
No layers /no Photoshop / no editing except minor adjustments (lens correction profite, WB, contrast (+12)) and addition of my logo.

Lightpainting is a photographic technique in which exposures are made by moving a hand-held light source while taking a long exposure photograph, either to illuminate a subject or to shine a point of light directly at the camera, or by moving the camera itself during exposure. Nothing is added or removed in post processing.
